  • This program is open to youth who meet one or more of the state graduation criteria as follows: * Standard Eligibility: Students ages 16 through 20 (under 21 years of age), or * Extended Eligibility: Students with a disability (IEP/504) are eligible until age 22.

     

    Seat Based enrollment is a full time enrollment at ALC (student is not enrolled at any other school). If you aren't sure, seat based is the best option.

    Credit Recovery is to make up failed classes and is in addition to a full time enrollment. Credit Recovery should only be selected if a school counselor is starting this form.
