This program is open to youth who meet one or more of the state graduation criteria as follows: * Standard Eligibility: Students ages 16 through 20 (under 21 years of age), or * Extended Eligibility: Students with a disability (IEP/504) are eligible until age 22.

Seat Based enrollment is a full time enrollment at ALC (student is not enrolled at any other school). THIS FORM IS FOR SEAT BASED ENROLLMENTS AT ALC.

Credit Recovery is to make up failed classes and is in addition to a full time enrollment. School counselors can begin a Credit Recovery enrollment form here:

The following are the minimum graduation requirements for ISD709 Duluth Public Schools:

Students with an original graduation year of 2024 and before: 21.5 credits
Original graduation year of 2025: 22.5 credits
Original graduation year of 2026: 23.0 credits
Original graduation year of 2027: 23.5 credits
Original graduation year of 2028:: 24 credits
